Rosemarie Krewson

Rosemarie Krewson, 96, of Nazareth, PA passed away Monday, February 26, 2024 in Holy Family Senior Living, Bethlehem PA.

She was born September 8, 1927 in Riegelsville, PA and was a daughter of the late Frank and Rose (Murphy) Weiss.

Rosemarie grew up in Riegelsville and was a 1945 graduate of Easton High School. She married her husband, John H. Krewson, in 1946 and moved to Frenchtown, NJ in 1950. The couple raised their family in Frenchtown until 1973 when they moved to Nazareth to be closer to John's employment. Family was Rosemarie's world and while living in Frenchtown, she supported and participated in all her children's activities. She enjoyed sewing, knitting and staying in touch with her extended family in her later years.

She will be missed by her daughter and caregiver, Suzane Krewson, of Nazareth and her son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Denise Krewson, of Wilson, WY. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Meredith Krewson/Mounce of Casper, WY and Troy Krewson of Oceanside, CA; her brother, Carl Weiss, of Longview, WA and her sister, Joan Moore of Mt. Holly, NJ. In addition to her husband John, who died in 1981, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Fritz, James, and Richard Weiss and her sister, Madlyn Male.

Graveside services for Rosemarie and her brother, Richard Weiss, will be held together on Friday, May 31, 2024 at 11 a.m. in the Riegelsville Union Cemetery.
